Rehiring Programme Services by CLAB
Dear All Members,
We are pleased to inform that CLAB is offering their services to MBAM Members who wish to register their illegal workers (with valid passport) through REHIRING PROGRAMME. We are pleased to forward a copy of our circular and relevant information for your kind attention:

Kindly complete the application form together with necessary documentation to MBAM soonest possible. Kindly note that MBAM will be collecting a processing fee of RM53.00 (MBAM Member) or RM106.00 (non MBAM Member) for each foreign worker application. Cash / Cheque payable to Master Builders Association Malaysia must be presented to MBAM upon submission of application.
IMPORTANT REMINDER !!
We would like to remind members that the deadline for registration of E-Card is 30TH JUNE 2017. As per the latest announcement by the Government, all PATI are required to apply for rehiring prior to registration for E-Card. As such, we urge members to take this opportunity to immediately register your illegal PATI under rehiring programme. Please take note once enforcement is implemented after this deadline, stern penalty will be taken against Employers caught with habouring illegal foreign workers.
