NOTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTION ON THE CIMS SYSTEM WHICH IS THE QUERY PROCESS BY PROCESSING OFFICER FOR THE RENEWAL APPLICATION OF THE CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (PPK)
The Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) has requested Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) to inform members regarding the enforcement of an additional function in the evaluation process of the renewal application of the contractor registration certificate (PPK). The additional function is the Query Application which has been enforced starting 22 August 2022.
The query application is a process that would enable the contractor to:
- Re-update their application based on the comments provided during earlier reviews made by CIDB.
- Standardise all declared information and uploaded documents.
No additional fee will be imposed on this process. If no updates are made within the given time frame, the application will be processed based on the information that has been declared before that.
