PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF THE 72ND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MBAM

Preliminary notice is hereby given that the 72nd Annual General Meeting of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) (“AGM”) will be held as follows:

Date: Saturday, 20 June 2026.
Time: 11.00 a.m. (Registration starts at 10.30 a.m.).
Venue: MBAM Training Rooms; Bangunan MBAM, Persiaran Harmoni, Putra Heights, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Members may send in motions for discussion at the AGM and motions for amendment of the rules, if any. Kindly also be informed that this year is an Election Year.

The abovesaid motions for discussion at the AGM and nominations for election of the 26 Council Members (in the prescribed form attached to this notice) are required to be sent by Members to the Secretary-General of MBAM via email to mbam08@mbam.org.my no later than Tuesday, 29 May 2026 (i.e. fifteen (15) days after the date of this preliminary notice).

2. List of Ordinary Members eligible for election as the 26 Council Members for Term June 2026 to June 2028.
