TRAINING FOR TRAINED PERSON IN CONCRETING
Introduction
Trained Person in Concreting Certification Programme is designed to comply with the Occupational Safety & Health (Amendment) Act 2022:
Section 15 – General Duties of Employers
Section 20 – General Duties of designers, manufacturers and suppliers, etc as regards plant for use at work
Section 21 – General Duties of manufacturers, etc. as regards substances for use at work
Section 23 – Penalties for an offence under Section 20 & 21
Entry Requirement
- Minimum SPM or SRP certificate
- Minimum 2 years relevant site working experience in construction
