[Info Dissemination]: Micro SMEs to Benefit from Prihatin Special Grant

Referring to the above subject matter, MBAM Members can refer to below information from the Development Finance and Inclusion Department of Bank Negara Malaysia.

The Ministry of Finance has announced the RM2.1 billion Prihatin Special Grant (PSG), which would ease the burden of SMEs especially micro-entrepreneurs that are badly affected by COVID-19.

The PSG is a grant amounting to RM3,000, paid on a one-off basis and does not need to be repaid.

The application is open beginning from 1 May until 15 May 2020. Applications can be made online through the PSG portal at https://gkp.hasil.gov.my – provided by the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
