DOSH CHIEF INSPECTOR SPECIAL ORDER

We are pleased to inform members that the Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH) has issued the following two Special Orders dated 13 March 2020.

DOSH will be enforcing the two new legislatures:

• Perintah Khas Ketua Pemeriksa Bil 1 Tahun 2020 – Pengurusan Keselamatan Struktur Sementara (Perancah, Acuan dan Penyangga)
• Perintah Khas Ketua Pemeriksa Bil 2 Tahun 2020 – Pengurusan dan Pengendalian Selamat Kren Bergerak

These two Special Orders are an addition to the existing Order on Safe Operation and Management of Tower Crane 2017.
