Sharing of information from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.

The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) has developed an online import/export permission application system known as the Electronic Controlled Items Trade System (eCTRade). This system is for the purpose of applying for permission to import/export controlled goods such as cement (import). However, a certificate of approval (COA) from CIDB is still required before the material can be imported into Malaysia.
