WORK BASED LEARNING (WBL)
INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN WORK BASED LEARNING (WBL) PROGRAMME FOR BACHELOR IN CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY, POLITEKNIK UNGKU OMAR (8TH COHORT)
Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) in collaboration with Politeknik Ungku Omar (PUO) is inviting MBAM Members’ Companies to participate in the coming 8th Cohort of Work Based Learning (WBL) Programme which is expected to commence from 12 September 2022 until 16 June 2023.
The objectives of the WBL are:
- To strengthen and enhance collaborative activities towards human capital development in the construction industry.
- To develop the student’s career awarenss while providing working experience that will help them to find a good career fit.
- To assist in the effort of delivering graduates that meet the construction industry’s needs and to provide the opportunity for the industry to identify potential employees.
We are pleased to inform you that there are 30 students (21 males + 9 females), in Bachelor of Civil Engineering Technology with Honours who will undergo this WBL for the duration of 40 weeks starting from 12 September 2022 until 16 June 2023. Therefore, we welcome your support to participate in this WBL internship program. Participating companies will receive a Certificate of Collaboration from PUO during the participation signing ceremony.
