INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN WORK BASED LEARNING (WBL) PROGRAMME FOR UNIVERSITY TUN HUSSIEN ONN MALAYISA (UTHM) STUDENTS
Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), in collaboration with University of Tun Hussien Onn (UTHM) is inviting MBAM Members’ Companies to participate in the coming 2nd Cohort of Work Based Learning (WBL) Programme for the final year students of Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Rail Transportation with Honours.
The objectives of the Work-Based Learning (WBL) Programme are as follows:-
- Gain exposure directly on engineering, technology and management profession;
- Give opportunities to communicate and collaborating with professionals from various fields;
- Gain work experience in a professional organization;
- Build creativity, technical expertise, interpersonal and communication; and
- Establish and strengthen relationships with professional member.
A total of 10 students (5 male + 5 female) will be joining the WBL Programme for a period of 1 year starting from September 2022. For your information, all the students undertaking their industrial placement will be covered by the Etika Takaful Malaysia insurance arranged by the university.
Should your company is interested to offer WBL placements for the said students, kindly complete the reply form as attached for our further arrangement on/before 30 May 2022(Mon) to ensure a smooth placement procedure.
