NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF COA, TPIB AND PPSi APPLICATIONS VIA THE E‑PERMIT AND CCPM SYSTEMS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI 2026 HOLIDAY
We wish to inform that the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), in a circular dated 10 March 2026, has announced the processing schedule for applications related to the Certificate of Approval (COA), Third Party Inspection Form (TPIB), and Certificate of Standard Compliance (PPSi) in conjunction with the Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2026 holidays.
According to the notification issued by CIDB:
- Applications for COA, TPIB and PPSi received on 19 March 2026 (Thursday) after 1.00 PM will only be processed starting 24 March 2026 (Tuesday).
- For warehouse/port verification activities conducted on or after 19 March 2026 (Thursday), verification results will only begin to be issued starting 25 March 2026 (Wednesday).
In light of the above, members are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and submit any COA, TPIB or PPSi applications earlier to avoid delays in processing during the festive period.
