MBAM TECHNICAL VISIT TO MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN PENANG (2D, 1N)

 

Greetings from the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM)! We are pleased to inform that our Environment, Green Technology & Sustainable Committee invites members to an exclusive technical visit on 27th January 2026 & 28th January 2026 highlighting Penang’s leading infrastructure and sustainability initiatives. The visit offers participants a unique opportunity to explore how infrastructure, environmental stewardship, and innovative engineering converge to shape a greener future.

Visit Highlights:

  1. Mutiara LRT Line & Penang Silicon Island
    • Modern rail transit integrated with Penang’s industrial hub to promote sustainable mobility and economic growth.
  2. Penang Green Council (PGC)
    • Insights into green policies, renewable energy, and sustainable urban planning.
  3. IJM The Light Waterfront Penang
    • Innovative waterfront development featuring eco-friendly design and sustainable construction practices.

Date & Time : 27th January 2026 (Tuesday) | 9.00am – 7.30pm

28th January 2026 (Wednesday) | 8.30am – 2.30pm

Fee : MBAM Members – RM550

Non-MBAM Members – RM700

 

*Participants are required to consent to the Indemnity and Release Agreement in the registration form prior to participating in this technical visit.

*Fees includes local transportation (Day 1 only) in Penang, meals as indicated in the programme & insurance.

*Fees exclude hotel accommodation. Please see brochure attached for hotel booking rate.
