MACC ACT 2009 AND GETTING MS ISO 37001 ANTI BRIBERY CERTIFICATION

With great pleasure, we would like to inform you that the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), in collaboration with OAKS Consultancy Sdn. Bhd., will be organising a programme entitled “MACC Act 2009 and Getting MS ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Certification.”

This programme aims to enhance participants’ understanding of corruption-related offences, abuse of power, and corporate liability, as well as the importance of implementing effective measures to prevent malpractice within organisations. Participants will also have the valuable opportunity to engage and interact directly with speaker.
