Disciplinary Board

Terms of Reference:

• To conduct disciplinary proceedings against any Member in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws and shall make such recommendation as it deems appropriate to the Council
• To suspend or remove the membership of, to penalise and/or to take any disciplinary actions against any Member for violating the Constitution, By-Laws and/or for misconduct which in the opinion of the Council is improper or prejudicial to the Association.
