The MBAM HR Seminar 2026 is a full-day program. It brings together EPF, EIS, and SOCSO to provide key updates, clarify grey areas, and share practical guidance.
The seminar will provide practical guidance on managing local, foreign, project-based, and contract employees. It will also outline the procedures for foreign workers’ EPF withdrawals and introduce SOCSO’s new 24-hour coverage, effective from January 2026.
