MEMBER’S FEEDBACK SURVEY

We refer to the above-mentioned and wish to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support and participation in the Association’s activities.

In line with the requirement of customer focus element in MS ISO 9001: 2015, we are conducting this survey among members to enable the Secretariat to continue to service members more efficiently and effectively. We appreciate and value your constructive suggestions, comments and feedbacks for improvement.
