EMPLOYEES MINIMUM STANDARDS OF HOUSING, ACCOMMODATIONS AND AMENITIES (ACCOMMODATION AND CENTRALIZED ACCOMMODATION) REGULATIONS 2020 – (EMPLOYEES MINIMUM STANDARDS OF HOUSING, ACCOMMODATIONS AND AMENITIES ACT 1990)

P.U. (A) 250/2020 – Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities (Accommodation and Centralized Accommodation) Regulations 2020

Please be informed these regulations come into operation on 1 September 2020 and shall apply to all employers and centralized accommodation providers.

Applications for each accommodation or centralized accommodation must be made online through the Accommodation Certificate Application System at http://akta446.mohr.gov.my/. Also enclosed the guideline issued by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) for your reference.
