SURVEY ON BUILDING ASSESSMENT REPORT FOR DEFECT DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) would like to find out from our members pertaining to reports of many alleged building defects during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) for completed housing projects.

According to reports, many home-buyers were not satisfied with the condition of the property or the way defects were rectified during the DLP and have appointed Building Inspectors to conduct defect checks.
