SURVEY: A FORECAST TO ESTIMATE TRADE WORKFORCE AT THE PEAK PERIOD PROGRAMME SCHEDULING IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

We are pleased to inform you that the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) has been appointed by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) to undertake a vital project: the Development of a System to Estimate the Requirements for Construction Personnel in High-Impact Trades.

This initiative is a cornerstone of our ongoing efforts to strengthen industry data, enhance policy formulation, and support evidence-based initiatives within the construction sector.

To ensure the success of this project, we seek your assistance in two ways:

• Complete the Survey: Please provide relevant information based on your company’s projects carried out over the past five (5) years.
• Share and Promote: We kindly ask that you share and promote this survey to your fellow contractors and industry peers to ensure a comprehensive data set.

Kindly nominate a representative from your organisation whom we may contact directly to discuss, coordinate, and work closely on matters related to this survey, should any clarification, verification, or additional information be required throughout the implementation of this exercise.
