In order to help MBAM members who may be feeling a little unsure with the steps that need to be taken to resume or start work in the construction sector this MCO, MBAM has prepared a brief step-by-step guide for your reference.

Also enclosed with this circular are the MCO SOP for construction sector dated 13 January 2021 and Act 446 on Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities (Accommodation and Centralized Accommodation) Regulations 2020.
