INVITATION FOR SPONSORSHIP FOR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY PAYMENT AND ADJUDICATION ACT (CIPAA) 2012 CONFERENCE – IS CIPAA STILL RELEVANT TO THE MALAYSIAN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY?
We would like to inform that Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) will be organizing a conference on the above subject on Friday, 12th August 2022 at Nippon Paint Forward Expo Hall, Nippon Paint Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Lot I-17, Taman Perindustrian Subang Utama, Jalan SU 4, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The Conference will bring together more than 150 participants including experts and leading players from the construction industry, senior Government officials, industry stakeholders, businessmen as well as leaders of various Non-Governmental Organisations. The conference will be the perfect platform for participants to share knowledge and experience, especially on matters pertaining to Construction Contracts. Yang Arif Dato’ Lim Chong Fong, High Court Judge of Kuala Lumpur, Construction 1 is the Guest-of-Honour has confirmed to deliver a Keynote Address and subsequently officiate the Conference.
As such we are looking for the generous sponsorship from our members to offset the cost of the event.
