Special Lane Registration – Construction Industry Vaccination Programme (CIVac) by CIDB Malaysia Phase 2 (CIDB Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur)

CIDB is offering MBAM members a special lane registration for Construction Industry Vaccination Programme (CIVac) programme whereby companies who are interested just need to fill in the name list (as per downloadable excel file below). Details of the vaccination programme are as per below:

Cost: RM90 per person for 2 doses of vaccine (Pfizer or Sinovac)

Location: CIDB Convention Center (KL), Off Jalan Cheras, 55200 Kuala Lumpur                   

Commencement Date: 12 August 2021 Onwards

For those who are interested to participate in this programme, please email the completed name list in excel format and payment slip to MBAM Secretariat, mbam23@mbam.org.my on or before 2.00 pm, 6 August 2021 (Friday).  

Please ensure that the list of workers submitted are not registered for any other vaccine programme. ALL THE FIELDS are to be completed and send to us in the EXCEL FILE. CIDB will be extending the vaccination to all workers including workers without permit or CIDB Green Card. For those who does not have MySejahtera, they can also register for this programme. However, the appointments will only be notified through email to the Person In Charge in the name list submitted.
