REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP): PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF RUMAH MUTIARAKU ON PART OF LOT PT.435, MUKIM 9, SEBERANG PERAI SELATAN, PULAU PINANG

 

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) would like to inform members that Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) notice for the above-mentioned development project.

 

Below are the important details:

Eligibility	:	100% Malaysian-owned companies (SSM / ROS registered).
Mandatory Registration	:	Online via https://forms.gle/UoAYFPyvQcmWMofq8 between 28 August and 4 September 2026 (12:00 PM).
Mandatory Briefing & Site Visit	:	9 September 2026 (Wednesday) at Bilik Mesyuarat LPNPP, Paras 20 KOMTAR.
Document Price	:	RM 3,000.00 (Payment via Card only at Paras 20 KOMTAR).
Submission Dateline	:	10 November 2026 (Tuesday) before 12:00 PM to the Tender Box at Paras 20 KOMTAR.
