REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE PROPOSED MIXED DEVELOPMENT AT PETAK A, SECTION 2, BANDAR BUKIT MERTAJAM, PULAU PINANG
The Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP) is inviting interested and qualified companies to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a mixed development project in Seberang Perai Tengah.
Project Details:
- RFP Number: LPNPP/RFP/2/2026
- RFP Name: Proposed Mixed Development at Petak A (Adjacent to Lot 10001) (Old Lots 13, 23, 24, 30, 31, and 40), Section 2, Bandar Bukit Mertajam, Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang.
Mandatory Requirements & Eligibility:
- Registration: Must be registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or the Registry of Societies (ROS) and be 100% Malaysian-owned.
- Compulsory Attendance: Interested bidders MUST attend both the physical briefing session and the site visit.
- Authorized Representative: Only representatives listed in the SSM (Form 44/49) or Senior Officers authorized in writing by the Managing Director/CEO may attend. Authorized officers must bring an official authorization letter.
- Briefing Location: LPNPP Meeting Room, Level 20, KOMTAR, Pulau Pinang.
