Request Feedback on the Implementation of Adequate Procedures under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act 2009

On 14 October 2020, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has scheduled a Round Table Discussion (RTD) session to discuss several issues regarding the implementation of corporate liability provision involving commercial organisations under the provision of Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009.

Therefore, the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) is seeking for feedback and views from MBAM Members on the above subject matter.
