ISO 37001:2025 ANTI-BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ABMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME
Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM), in strategic collaboration with SIRIM Academy Sdn. Bhd. and the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB), is offering an exclusive opportunity for G7 construction companies to participate in the:
ISO 37001:2025 ANTI-BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ABMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME
A Gateway to Enhanced Integrity
This initiative is in line with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024–2028 and the Ministry of Finance’s direction to require ISO 37001 certification for government procurement projects valued above RM100 million by the year 2026.
Please note that the relevant CIDB Pekeliling is attached for your reference, outlining the regulatory expectations and reinforcing the importance of ISO 37001:2025 compliance for contractors.
Programme Objectives:
- To equip companies with the tools and knowledge required to implement an effective anti-bribery management system
- To promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and governance within the Malaysian construction sector
- To support eligible G7 contractors in achieving ISO 37001 certification in a structured and cost-effective manner
Programme Details:
Venue:
Bangunan Persatuan Kontraktor Binaan Malaysia (MBAM),
Lot 92404, Persiaran Harmoni, Putra Heights, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor
Fee:
RM15,000 per company (compared to the market rate of RM50,000–RM60,000)
Eligibility:
Open to G7 contractors with at least one existing ISO certification
Duration:
August 2025 – April 2026 (Please refer to the attached flyer for full schedule)
*Please be informed that the confirmed dates for Batch 6 will be announced once the targeted number of participating companies has been achieved, to ensure optimal programme delivery and effective group engagement.
