RECALIBRATION PROGRAMME 2.0 – “PROGRAM REKALIBRASI TENAGA KERJA (RTK) 2.0”

The Government has announced that the Recalibration Programme 2.0 (RTK 2.0) will start from 27 January 2023 to 31 December 2023. Construction is one of the approved sectors under RTK 2.0 where eligible illegal immigrant could be legalised through the proper process. 

Employers can submit application for legalization of their illegal workers (PATI) via portal: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/myimms/main. A copy of the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the Program Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja 2.0 is also enclosed for your information.
