RECALIBRATION PROGRAMME 2.0 – “PROGRAM REKALIBRASI TENAGA KERJA (RTK) 2.0” AND REHIRING PROGRAMME – “PENGGAJIAN DAN PENEMPATAN SEMULA PENDATANG ASING TANPA IZIN”

As per our circular on Recalibration Programme 2.0 (Ref No: MBAM/25/01/20230131-08) which was issued on 31 January 2023, we would like to remind all members that the registration of the RTK 2.0 will be ending on 31 December 2023 for all sectors. The verification process for RTK 2.0 will end on 31 March 2024 and the last day of issuing of Pas Lawatan Kerja Sementara (PLKS) is on 30 June 2024.

For workers under Rehiring Programme who are still legally in the country will be absorbed into the RTK 2.0 Programme. These workers must undergo through the same sector, subsector and employer and total employment period is not more than ten(10) years.
