NOTIFICATION OF LATEST CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS

 The Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) has requested Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) to inform members regarding new conditions for the registration of contractors. These new conditions cover:

• Abolishment of the conditions for equity ownership for new shareholders in the registration of G1 Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan (SPKK) and
• The maximum validity of project for application to add code specialisation

Please note that the above new conditions take effect from 1 July 2022.
