M&E Study Visit to Hospital Kapar Selangor 

We are pleased to inform that M&E Committee of Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) is organising an M&E study visit to Hospital Kapar Selangor on 19th September 2025 (Friday). This visit will cover presentation by IJM Construction’s technical and planning team which offers industry professionals in Construction and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) fields a chance to explore engineering system integration in a modern healthcare facility. Hospital Kapar, a RM831 million Design & Build project by IJM Construction and Ganda Imbuhan Sdn Bhd, is a 312-bed hospital in Selangor, currently 39% complete and set to finish by November 2026. The visit includes a guided tour and technical briefing on key systems such as energy efficiency, building automation, HVAC, medical gas, water and waste management, and smart hospital features, followed by a Q&A and networking session.

*Participants are required to consent to the Indemnity and Release Agreement in the registration form prior to participating in this technical visit
