ISO 37001:2025 ANTI-BRIBERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ABMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME
A Gateway to Enhanced Integrity
This initiative is in line with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024–2028 and the Ministry of Finance’s direction to require ISO 37001 certification for government procurement projects valued above RM100 million by the year 2026.
Programme Objectives:
- To equip companies with the tools and knowledge required to implement an effective anti-bribery management system
- To promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and governance within the Malaysian construction sector
- To support eligible G7 contractors in achieving ISO 37001 certification in a structured and cost-effective manner
Programme Details:
Venue: Bangunan Persatuan Kontraktor Binaan Malaysia (MBAM),
Lot 92404, Persiaran Harmoni, Putra Heights, 47650 Subang Jaya, Selangor
Fee: RM15,000 per company (compared to the market rate of RM50,000–RM60,000)
Eligibility: Open to G7 contractors with at least one existing ISO certification

Key Outcomes:
- Full understanding of ISO 37001:2025 requirements and implementation
- Development of company-specific ABMS documentation
- Risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Internal audit training and compliance support
