EXTENSION OF PROGRAM SARINGAN PRIHATIN (PSP) PERKESO TO ALL STATES UNDER CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO)
In view of the announcement by the Senior Minister (Security) Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 20th October 2020, we are pleased to informed that SOCSO will offer the COVID-19 screening test through Program Saringan Prihatin (PSP) to all SOCSO contributors with effect from 22nd October 2020 for Sabah, Selangor, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan.
Employers can conduct COVID-19 screening for employees for FREE through service panels appointed by SOCSO by making appointment and submit the completed information to the service panel. A list of SOCSO Service Panels can be found in Service Panel Directory at the website at https://psp.perkeso.gov.my. The screening process can be done in the clinic / laboratory or carried out at work premises. ONLY screening through the accredited service panels are FULLY borne by SOCSO.
Screening test can also be done through Subsidi Saringan Prihatin. Employers need to pay the screening cost first and submit the claim by submitting the payment receipt through https://psp.perkeso.gov.my/. SOCSO will make the reimbursement up to RM150.00 per employee who have undergone the screening test.
Both methods can only be done by the employers.
To avoid the risk of infection during the screening process, employers and employees must comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
