COMPULSORY EMPLOYER SURVEY – REVIEW OF THE MINIMUM WAGES ORDER (MWO) 2024

 

The Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) through the National Wages Consultative Council (NWCC), is undertaking the Review of the Minimum Wages Order 2024 (MWO 2024) to collect labour market employment information. This study is conducted according to Section 25 of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732].

 

In line with Section 3 of the Employment Information Act 1953 [Act 159], employers are required to complete the attached survey form for the Review of MWO 2024. The information you provide will remain confidential and be used solely for the study. The completed survey form must be returned to the NWCC on or before 5 July 2026. Failure to complete and return the form constitutes an offence under Act 159 and, upon conviction, may result in a fine of RM2,000.


Employers are required to complete and return the survey forms either online via the provided link, by scanning the QR code, or by submitting the hardcopy form:

Employer must select at least two (2) employees earning around the minimum wage level to complete the Employee Survey Form via the following link:
