INVITATION TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF CARTEL ACTIVITIES

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) has recently met up with the Malaysian Competition Commission (MYCC) and has been asked to provide evidence of any cartel related activities where building material pricing is concerned. This will help in our efforts to ensure fair trade practices within the Malaysian construction industry.

We encourage members to provide feedback as per the link below to MBAM Secretariat by Monday, 28 March 2022 with the relevant evidence to facilitate our feedback to MYCC:

Please note that members must be prepared to be interviewed by officers of the MYCC and to provide detailed documents and evidence should it be required.
