GUIDELINES FOR TLQ (TEMPORARY LABOUR QUARTERS) APPLICATIONS
We are pleased to share that the Human Resources Development (HRD) Committee has prepared a set of guidelines for TLQ (Temporary Labour Quarters) applications, together with a process flow chart.
These materials are intended to help members better understand the requirements and procedures, including PSP/PSB roles, JBPM approvals, and compliance with relevant Acts and By‑Laws. The detailed references are provided in the attached documents.
We trust these guidelines will assist members in planning TLQ applications, providing a clear outline of the main considerations for worker accommodation within construction sites.
Kindly be reminded that these are provided as guidelines for reference. For actual applications, members must continue to refer directly to the respective authorities and comply with their parallel official processes and requirements.
