NOTIFICATION ON THE PRODUCTIVITY AND EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION (CE) MEASUREMENT PROGRAMME BY MALAYSIA PRODUCTIVITY CORPORATION (MPC)

We are pleased to inform that the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) has introduced the Productivity and Employee Compensation (CE) Measurement Programme is an initiative under the Programme to Enhance Productivity through Employment Empowerment and Industrial Transformation (PPTI). The programme aims to assist companies in systematically measuring and understanding the relationship between productivity performance and employee compensation using a data-driven approach. It focuses on promoting sustainable wage growth that is aligned with organisational productivity improvements.

Through participation in this programme, companies will receive:

An objective assessment of productivity levels;
Analysis of the relationship between labour costs and organisational performance;
Industry benchmarking insights; and
A comprehensive report with practical intervention recommendations to support productivity enhancement, strategic labour cost management, and performance-based compensation adjustments.

The programme is offered to small- to large-sized local or SME companies from five (5) key economic sectors that have been in operation for at least three (3) years. Participation requires strong management commitment and full cooperation in the provision of the required data.

Please note that this programme is limited to 200 companies, based on a first-come, first-served basis, and is free of charge and fully funded by the Government.
