COMPLIANCE WITH SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC CLEANSING (CONSTRUCTION SOLID WASTE SCHEME) REGULATIONS 2018 BY DEVELOPERS OR CONTRACTORS THROUGH SELF-DECLARATION

We are pleased to inform that through a circular from Perbadanan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal dan Pembersihan Awam (SWCorp) under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) regarding compliance with the Solid Waste Management and Public Cleansing Regulations (Scheme for Construction Solid Waste) 2018 [P.U.(A)279/2018].

Effective October 2025, SWCorp will implement compliance checks through a Self-Declaration Method. All developers and construction contractors are required to complete and submit the Self Declaration Form via the link provided on or before 17 November 2025 (Monday).

This initiative aims to enhance service delivery, ensure public well-being, and promote environmental sustainability.

In this regard, we kindly request your cooperation to disseminate this information and the Self-Declaration Form to all members, developers, and contractors under your respective organization to ensure compliance with the stated Regulations.
