NOTIFICATION FROM SSM – AVAILABILITY OF DIGITAL CERTIFIED TRUE COPY (DCTC) FOR LLP DOCUMENTS VIA OFFICIAL PLATFORMS
We are pleased to inform that through a circular issued by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) dated 3 October 2025 has announced the implementation of a new service for the Perkongsian Liabiliti Terhad (PLT) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) documents.
Effective 30 September 2025, SSM’s Digital Certified True Copy (DCTC) service is now available for LLP-related documents. This enhancement allows users to obtain digitally certified copies of LLP documents directly through SSM’s official corporate information supply platforms, as listed below:

- SSM e-INFO – https://www.ssm-einfo.my/
- SSM Search – https://ssmsearch.com/
- SAFEDATA-SSM – https://safedata-ssm.com/
The introduction of this DCTC feature aims to enhance accessibility and efficiency for users in obtaining certified LLP documents electronically, ensuring greater convenience and authenticity.
