REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTOR TO CERTIFY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION ON THE CIMS SYSTEM

 The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) has requested Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) to inform members regarding the requirement for every contractor to certify the terms and conditions of the contractor registration done via the registration application on the CIMS system.

Details of the requirement are as below:

  • Every contractor is required to certify the terms and conditions of the contractor registration done via the registration application on the CIMS system starting from 15 July 2022.
  • The contractor’s failure to certify the terms and conditions would result in an unsuccessful application as it would be considered incomplete.
  • For any further enquiries, please contact the Contractor Registration Department, Contractor Sector and Levy via email upk@cidb.gov.my.
