[FOR INFO] NOTICE ON THE ISSUANCE OF IMPORT/EXPORT AUTHORISATION LETTERS FOR IMPORT/EXPORT CONTROLLED GOODS VIA ONLINE THROUGH ELECTRONIC CONTROLLED ITEMS TRADE SYSTEM (ECTRADE)

Sharing of information from the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia.

The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) has developed an online import/export permission application system known as the Electronic Controlled Items Trade System (eCTRade). This system is for the purpose of applying for permission to import/export controlled goods such as cement (import). However, a certificate of approval (COA) from CIDB is still required before the material can be imported into Malaysia.
