SUBSCRIPTION INVITATION FOR MBAM PORTAL ON CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES
We are pleased to inform that the MBAM Contracts and Practices Committee will be launching a portal on construction disputes.
The portal is part of the Committee’s effort to educate members on commercial and contract related cases. The review or commentary will be carried out by committee members and will include (where possible) analysis on building and construction claims, disputes, contracts and court decisions.
Please find attached the brochure for your consideration to sign-up. It is hope that the commentaries will assist members in making informed decision especially on matters concerning contract administrations and the current laws on construction related cases.
The subscription fee is RM20.00 per month but if members subscribe for 12 months the rate will be RM200.00. Sign up early before the commencement starting October 2020.
