INVITATION TO JOIN REPAYMENT ASSISTANCE CLINIC ORGANISED BY BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA (BNM)

As is well known, the automatic deferral of loan repayment offered by the bank in April 2020 will end on 30 September 2020. In this regard, BNM will organise a Repayment Assistance Clinics, as follows:

Date : 5 & 6 September 2020 (Saturday & Sunday)

Time : 10.00 am – 7.00 pm

Venue : Tun Dr Ismail Ballroom, World Trade Center (WTC) Kuala Lumpur (formerly known as PWTC)

This Refund Assistance Clinic aims to help individuals and SMEs affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to obtain repayment assistance from their respective banks in ‘face to face’ discussions. The Refund Assistance Clinic also acts as a platform for the group to formulate a repayment plan after the end of the moratorium period with the assistance plan package provided for financial users. Only selected banks will participate in the Repayment Assistance Clinic above based on the borrower’s request and certain criteria.

Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) hope members who need repayment assistance for business loans and private, will be present on the above date and place. For attendance registration, please register directly with BNM via http://bit.ly/KPBBP no later than 26 August 2020.

BNM will take important steps to ensure safety of participants and visitors as well as complying with SOP COVID-19 set by the National Security Council.
