UPDATED FAQ BY THE MINISTRY OF WORKS MALAYSIA
Enclosed herewith the updated FAQ by the Ministry of Works Malaysia as of 23rd March 2020 for your information. Members are encouraged to adhere to the directives made by the Government.
For Government projects, all applications are to be directed to Public Works Department Malaysia (JKR), whereas private projects must get approval from the Local Municipal Authority (PBT). Only if the PBT rejects the application, then may apply to JKR via urusetiacpab@jkr.gov.my
