• To review and deliberate on labour issues and policies pertaining to the construction industry.
• Promote and encourage locals to enter the construction job market.
• To develop and promote professionalism in Human Resources Practices. 
• Liaison with government and other relevant agencies on HR issues concerning construction industry.
