This talk is conceptualized to allow MBAM Members to understand how the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) and the construction industry will be affected with precedence set by the Federal Court and how the industry can move forward.
A nominal fee of RM 50.00 (MBAM member) and RM 100.00 (Non-Member) per participant shall be collected and is limited to 50 pax.
