MBAM SEMINAR ON ENFORCEMENT OF THE LATEST AMENDED ACT 446 UNDER THE EMERGENCY ORDINANCE

We are pleased to inform you that Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) Human Resources Committee will be organising a Seminar on the Enforcement of the Latest Amended Act 446 under Emergency Ordinance on 31 March 2021 (Wednesday) at 9.00am at the CITITEL, Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

The purpose of the Seminar is to create a platform to brief our members for a better understanding and to educate Members to comply with the Latest Amendments to the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities 2019 (Act 446) under the Emergency Ordinance, which was announced on 18 February 2021.

Speakers from the relevant enforcement authorities such as the Labour Department (JTK), Peninsular Malaysia, PLANMalaysia, Ministry of Health, Malaysia (MOH) and CIDB Malaysia will be invited to share with Members on the implementation, enforcement, inspection procedures and compliance requirements of the Act.
