Training on Internal Quality Audit ISO 9001:2015 for Construction (HRDF Claimable Programme)
We are pleased to inform you that Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) is organising a one-day course on Internal Quality Audit ISO 9001:2015 for Construction. This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to perform internal quality audits based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Learning outcomes:
- Understanding the audit purpose and principles;
- Learning to manage the audit process;
- Learning how to conduct internal audit based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements;
- Learning the skills of audit planning, conducting audit interviews and recording audit findings;
- Acquiring hands-on experience from practice sessions.
