Seminar on Empowering the Future: Innovations and Safety Protocols in Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

We are pleased to inform that Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) M&E Committee is organising a seminar on Empowering the Future: Innovations and Safety Protocols in Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure on 23 April 2024 (Tuesday).

The importance of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for residential development has increased significantly in recent years due to the growing adoption of electric vehicles. Hence, it is crucial for the construction industry to learn the knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for residential development, as it encompasses the planning, design, installation, maintenance of the mechanical and electrical systems within buildings, as well as safety consideration of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in residential building to ensure the well-being of residents and the proper functioning of the infrastructure.

The objective of this seminar is to educate the construction industry with the technical aspects of EV charging systems, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices for ensuring reliable and efficient charging infrastructure, and to gain knowledge of safety procedures and standards for EV charging installations to mitigate risks associated with electrical hazards, fire hazards, and potential equipment failures.
