To facilitate the redress process, SMEs could provide the necessary information via the link below. The feedback will be compiled by MBAM and submitted to BNMTELELINK for their further action.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>MBAM Survey Link: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3jIGaGZ\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>https:\/\/bit.ly\/3jIGaGZ<\/strong><\/a><\/span><strong> with deadline by Monday, 7 September before 12 noon.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Secondly, BNM will hold regular engagement for SME associations to raise any repayment assistance issues faced by members and discuss with BNM and the financial institutions for amicable solutions. For that, MBAM has also been invited to attend the engagement sessions. Therefore, it is hoped that MBAM members with issues regarding the above subject matter could submit in their issues\/concerns to be raised to BNM.
