Terms of Reference:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • To conduct disciplinary proceedings against any Member in accordance with the provisions of the By-Laws and shall make such recommendation as it deems appropriate to the Council<\/span><\/li>\n
  • To suspend or remove the membership of, to penalise and\/or to take any disciplinary actions against any Member for violating the Constitution, By-Laws and\/or for misconduct which in the opinion of the Council is improper or prejudicial to the Association.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
