Notification on the temporary closure of the process of issuance of Certificate of Approval (COA)
We wish to inform that Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) has issued a letter dated 28 May 2024 to inform that they are in the process of improving the ePermit service to ensure a smoother process for the issuance of Certificate of Approval (COA).
Further to this, the ePermit system will temporary stop operate on 10 June 2024 (Monday) by Dagangnet for upgrading purpose. To ensure the smoothness of this process, all COA application submitted on 6 June 2024 (Thursday) after 12.00pm will not be processed to enable all applications to be completed by 10 June 2024, before 5.00 pm.

In regards to this, you are advised to plan your application of COA in advance to avoid any delay of issuance of COA. Please refer to the attached letter from CIDB for your kind attention. Please do contact CIDB directly should you need further clarification.
